Monogram Custom Homes located in Ocean City, Maryland is a privately owned homebuilder that was founded in 2008 to concentrate on semi-custom and custom home building as well as remodeling on Maryland’s Eastern shore.  Over the years we have established deep roots in our community. 

The two principals bring diverse and complimentary skills to the building approach.  Colin Pedwell has over thirty years of hands on building experience in the field.  He knows how to build from a vision and make it a reality in the home.  Kathy Clark has also been in the real estate industry for over thirty years.  Her background in the administrative, accounting and financing sides of the business as well as her dual career as a Maryland real estate broker gives her the depth of knowledge to facilitate the entire process in a counseling environment. 

When we meet with a customer we first determine what their needs are, their lifestyle and in the foreseeable future, their time frame and then their budget.  Our approach is to integrate all of these aspects into the project to create a positive and satisfying building experience.  Our team prides itself on staying ahead of the innovation curve and being in tune with consumer home preferences, by listening to what our past customers and future prospects have to say.  We then put our trust into an extended network of proven engineers, surveyors, lenders, and skilled subcontractors that share our dedication to integrity, superior quality, craftsmanship, and customer care.
